I've just picked up this binnova (looks like it came from a bin)

I'm in nw uk, absolutely freezing here atm. Got a few little jobs to do on it and no doubt this forum will be handy, lurked for a while.

I've plans to get to the lakes and wray bike meets by Lancaster over the summer and at some point health depending, ride it to my parents in Spain, not one for the easy way

Sadly the duck didn't come with it

I'm in Southport, a bit over an hour from the lakes.
.the binnova has around 17k on it, wether it's right I don't know, I only paid 350 for it so I'm not too bothered, it's been mechanically looked after tho

I'm about to go out in the sleet and do a couple of jobs on it

It came from a mad man
Half the stuffs gone, took it out for a 50 mile trip, picked up some bits, bar end mirrors as can't see anything.

No worries about the condition, mate. When you compare your motor with that one where you can see here by us on the road, your one is almost in mint condition!!! So dont worry, you next breakdown will be far, very far in your future!!!

It is, I got it from him on Monday, the rack and lights will come in handy

It's a carb'd one, I've been linked a kit for the carb model too so I see that in its future, I'm 19st so it could do with a little more punch for the wind.

I had a town mate about this time last year but needed a front disc, that made way for a vespa which I loved but was punishing to ride and I was watching it rust away so that went to an enthusiast a day after picking up the binnova.

It'll take time to readjust to it, it was either not turning or oversteering yesterday depending where I was sat, I had the same with the towny but by the time I sold it, it was flat out into roundabouts etc
