Oil cooler innova

The point is that the Innova tends to run rather cold.
I‘m pretty sure oil temperature seldom to never reach the recommended 80-100 degrees with the standard engine.

Good chance that your engine is working at optimum temprature right now!
Mounting an oil cooler might be contraproductive. Not more than a useless gimmik.
Without checking the oil temperature propperly in advance it‘s all mumbo jumbo.

It‘s a little bit like asking the doctor for medicine but refusing to tell him what hurts.

I wil see what tempature he gets when i am have te oil temp sensor, but i think it wil be too hot when driving fast. Brother got a original innova and when we drive together i can feel that mine got a bit warmer then his innova.. You can hold the hand easy on his engine but wil burn your hands on mine..

But like i said it wil work whit a thermostat, So if the engine is a bit cold there would be flowing no oil between the cooler.

Seek for 110cc 125cc Temperatur Gauge.

Castrol Power Flakes where till 2014 really good Paso 4 Oils, if not the best.
Since 2015 till today there are only Paso 3, good Hydrocracks, not more...
(Cost of Deepwater Horizon, who knows ?)
Not the best in a heavy tuned Air-cooled Engine with only 800ml of Oil,
it will Die much faster, you have to change it several Times over the Year
if you love your Engine...

Get fore a little tuned Motor the best you can afford

Take the next Time Motul 7100 10W-40 on your Cub.
A real Paso 5 Ester Blend, far beyond the new Castrol "Racing Power" since 2014.

300V is really only for Racing Bikes and People who always push it to the Limit.

You can use 7100 15W-50 on a long Tour in a Hot Summer like this Year.
The higher the Viscosity, the longer it will stand till next change,
but you have to warm up the Engine longer. Not good for a City Cub.

... always take 1 x 1 Liter, not 1 x 4 Liter.
It starts to become weak like Coffee Milk or IGN's Beer
if you open the "Big Container",
the Rest of 3,2 Liter in it have now Air. Not a good Idea.

You dont have to pay the usual 20 Euro / 1 Liter...

Mathy is somewhat... a Supercharger for Oil in a Supercharged Engine.
You take about 30ml, max 60ml of it on 750ml Motul...

Well, as you know how to and also have the ability to crank up the engine with all its steerings to double the original hp, it should be a itsy bitsy teenie weenie effortless job, to also tune the oilpump to deliver an appropriate extra pressure and corresponding oilflow.
Don't forget, when installing an oilcooler you will need not the original 700ccm as lubricant, but considerably more:-))))

Thx, i now that from the oil , engine pump give not unough oil stock but i cant find one how give more oil for the innova engine.. Onley one i can find is the one for the honda msx/grom wich give 30% more.. But this one looks the same but i dont think it is?
